We have employed some very good arborists over the years, but Kneebone Trees were truly exceptional from the very first contact. Their whole operation is on a completely different level!
(All our trees are protected by a Tree Preservation Order and within Dartmoor, so work needed to be approved with formal permissions from the National Park).
The communications with Kneebone Trees, from quote to job completion, were brilliant.
Jacob’s initial visit to provide a price for our complicated work, was thorough, friendly and really well considered.
The written estimate itself was produced swiftly, was detailed and the pricing structure was transparent.
During the week-long job, Rory and the onsite team were highly professional, friendly and respectful of our property. They were also hugely reassuring throughout what was a stressful time for us – with vast trees very close to our house.
Overall, a very positive experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Jacob, Rory and their expert team.
Kneebone came and did some work for us earlier in the year, bottom of our garden was out of control, and was tidied up brilliantly. Very happy, glad to recommend. Some before and after photos attached.
Kneebone trees were great from start to finish. They were quick to respond with a sensible quote. They dealt with the local authority for permission / TPO'S. The team on the day were very professional and left everything tidy and just as we asked.
Very happy to recommend and will use them again in the future.
Gerry and Donna Kass.
The pre-job communication from the company was excellent.
The 2 operatives?! Chaps....arrived before time, smartly dressed and nicely spoken.
They listened to my requests for care in certain areas.
The job was completed efficiently and quickly, I am very pleased with the end result.
The area was cleaned up and swept. There were no telephone or cigarette breaks...just hard work for the duration.Although not the cheapest quite I got prior to the job, I am very happy to recommend this company to others.
Great experience with Kneebone trees. Ryan and his team were professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. They finished the job well within the time estimate and left everything tidy despite having 5 trees taken down. They kept us informed at all times of the project and constantly checked that we were happy with what they were doing. We highly recommend them.
