(All our trees are protected by a Tree Preservation Order and within Dartmoor, so work needed to be approved with formal permissions from the National Park). The communications with Kneebone Trees, from quote to job completion, were brilliant. Jacob’s initial visit to provide a price for our complicated work, was thorough, friendly and really well considered. The written estimate itself was produced swiftly, was detailed and the pricing structure was transparent. During the week-long job, Rory and the onsite team were highly professional, friendly and respectful of our property. The pre-job communication from the company was excellent. The 2 operatives?! Chaps....arrived before time, smartly dressed and nicely spoken. They listened to my requests for care in certain areas. The job was completed efficiently and quickly, I am very pleased with the end result. The area was cleaned up and swept.There were no telephone or cigarette breaks...just hard work for the duration.Although not the cheapest quite I got prior to the job, I am very happy to recommend this company to others.
